- Oversee daily opening/closing procedures and ensure the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house, runs smoothly. - Maintain high-quality service, interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, and resolve customer complaints professionally. - Train new hires, create staff rotas (schedules), conduct briefings, and provide performance feedback to employees. - Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and handle daily sales records through the POS system. - Enforce health and safety policies, cleanliness, and food hygiene standards (HACCP).
Syarat Pekerjaan
- Passionate and detailed with positive personality - Excellent command of English spoken and written - Experienced in a similar position or at least 1 year in the same position - Skilled in preparing and analyzing Food dan Beverage operational reports (1) - Strong interpersonal correspondence and negotiation skills (2) - Well experienced in using various OTA platforms (2) - Able to join immediately
